[QUESTION] NTFS file format support 128GB micro SD

Dear folks, I own a XORO HST260S (with satellite tuner) and the box does support 128GB micro SD card NTFS formatted. I read that this is not usual.
Could anyone bring light into dark? Can NTFS support be integrated into any custom rom?

I did not install any app like Paragon NTFS...

Linux systems can always read NTFS partition but they cannot be run from it. Androids do support reading NTFS natively, atleast the newer ones do.

OK, thanks for the answer. I read the opposite because NTFS is proprietary. So reading shall not be an issue, ill check that on another box
