Maybe silly question I found lots of wallpapers or bg backgrounds in settings, in launcher even in etc there is default wallpaper.

What happens if I set them to transparent and just leave the default wallpaper in etc visible?

Do I see this wallpaper then all the time?

Best answer to these questions is experiment and see for yourself.

Best solution if you must change wallpaper, is found in this YouTube tutorial video posted here:

The Wallpaper in location /system/etc/ or /etc/ that is named default_wallpaper.png Can be Deleted. Only in standard android OS does it look in that location for the wallpaper to render; but in androidTV OS it is set in the LeanbackLauncher.apk
