I will make it simple,

Is more efficient using 6 of this?: Image

Or use 1 of this?: Image

I don't know if the power efficiency will worth it for buying one, so that's why I'm asking

Efficiency should be the same, the hub unit is cleaner and more organized, but power usage to efficiency is all dependent on how much Watts is being consumed by your electronics.

Most TV boxes, on average, are consuming 5 to 10 watts.

I'd rather buy 6 of those because these hubs are usually connected in series so when one goes off, they all stop working. I bought one of these and it stopped working after a month, it also was expensive so...

Actually the Multi one will be more efficient because it is a single power rail. You will have less energy loss on one rectification circuit than if you have multiple rectification circuits.

You use one? because the reply that Nayam writed its not the first time I hear of problems like that in 5+ port chargers, and I want to know if there is one that doesn't have that problem

Not with 5 but 2 or 3 yes (even in car I use 3 port fast chargers). The question though was not about reliability but efficiency.

Having 2 chargers of 3 ports seems better than having a 6 port charger for now, what charger of 3 port do you use?
