i was searching it for few hours and still cant find it i want to install atvxperience rom and i cant flash it with amlogic burning tool

Can i flash it with burn card tool??? please my pc wont show my tv box on device list

The switch from Android 7 to Android 9 firmware can only be done via USB Burning Tool.
