I did an sdcard with the image, boot from it and got stuck at upgrading, little green man with a red X on him... now what?

UPDATE
So, I finally did it, it works. Firmware s905w_atvXperience_v2FF didn't make it to my device. I tried with the atvXperience_s905w_v2F and it worked. But, a few issues, Netflix downloaded from Google Play it doesn't work, it gives the UI-800-3 error, clear cahe, clear data, restart, uninstall, install again... nothing, same error. Then I uninstalled the app and installed a new one from Aptoide... and surprise, it works. Second issue is with HBO GO, aplication starts, loads the movie list and everything but when you want to play it stucks at some sort of buffering, blue circles spinning at an infinite loop... So far I didn't manage to solve this issue...
