[HELP] (Mecool, Vontar, ...) M8S Plus W bricked

hello i must have bricked my m8s plus w device since it is stuck in loading mode. The device does not have a reset button. The usb burning tool doesnt recognize the device when connected to pc. I can only go to reset mode by pressing the menu button on the remote repeatedly and even there the 'reset to factory' doesnt do anything, the ugrade via sd card doesnt do anything nor does the usb option. can anyone help me??
