several crash with v2E (X96 mini 2/16)

hello friend
i have same issue i ordered 1000 box and installed my apk iptv on them
but video or channel crashes after 2 hours need to unplug the box from electricity and turn on again
similar to smart iptv app
how did you fixed your problem , cz i dont use kodi on my boxes even but seems theres a crash in the player or i didnt know how to solve this issue any help please ?

china factory did fabricated for me all new and Have Ota UPDATE they do the firmware
and send by ota i dont know which room how can we know ?

If you have factory installed firmware, this forum is not to fix issues with original firmwares.

If you install atvXperience ROM and still have issues with device then we can try help you then.

On stock device firmware, check the build.prop file in /system/ _this will have a line in file like this:

ro.build.description=q201-userdebug 7.1.2 NHG47L 20180813 release-keys

That designates which firmware is currently installed in device:
q201 = S912 reference board, this example is from S912 chip device
7.1.2 = original firmware is Android 7.1.2
NHG47L = the code identifier for the stock Android code that was starting point for manufacturer to build firmware from
20180813 = the release date code for installed firmware
