How to skip Google login in setup wizard?

TX3 Mini, X96 Mini, W95 to name a few...

Hi, Is it possible to install without setting up Google account or any other account, dont want to install any account.

Start install (setup wizzard) and when asking for which WiFi, scroll down - click skip, it will ask a few questions then finished! That’s all, you in without account.

In my x96 mini after selecting English-language I never can bypass or skip gmail google sign in.....

I got the same issue, and can't boot into recovery.
