"i98 Pro" looks like a generic TV box, "p212" is code for S905X chipset so try the S905X firmware downloads from the main Website.

Regular S905X, not MXQ.

If your device already has Android 7 original firmware, then on first try don't Check the box "Erase Bootloader" this will sometimes help the firmware run better for your device, example if your box has a different RAM speed you will want to keep original bootloader installed.
