The easiest way to perform a backup is via CoreElec or LibreElec. Look
here. If you are lucky, your device will boot with p212 dtb, otherwise you will need to modify this file based on the original dtb file. The problem is that you do not have an original dtb and you need UBOOT.USB + BL2 for the uart backup, which you do not have either..
