After my xperiments with roms from atv, i have buyed a clone 2303 uart serial-usb.
I can log the output if i powerup mxq pro+,so it is working.
The only thing is i can not do any command or interrupt something in my putty screen to stop booting !!!
If i press a button or ctrl c it doesnt do anything,it goes just running further.....
I have played with keyboard settings.
At the end of the boot process (mxq pro+ is started fully up and running) the log output goes further with garbage output,is this normal ??
I use windows 7,admin,with original prolific drivers PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1200
Is it necessary to use other drivers for a cloned uart device ?
Is there anybody here who can guide me a little bit?
Or must i go to xda or freaktabb ?

Will check it now,i`ll be back...
Update :
Resolderd and checked connection on both sides of main board (and added the 3.3v wire also on mb
has no influence, only log goes running with no power on device, the log is corrupted)
It doesnt matter,it gives the same troubles,
If i press enter or space ,the cursor goes to the right and if i let the keypress off, then the output still runs further...
ctrl c gives very quick in putty `` atvx_s905x:/ $`` and then the output still goes further....
It never stops,which key i press !
Tried to play with local echo also...
Settings com:
115200
8
none
1
xon.xof (tried on none also)
I have also tried on another windows 7 pc,admin,it gives me another com addres (logical) but it has the same error output
Also putty 0.68 tried instead of 0.71
Are there more people with this weird error outputs?
Iam thinking of trying a putty fork.like kitty,or superputty

3.3v okay-->not needed,okay,iam desolder that one..
Gnd is ground on mb and uart (little square)
tx and rx are connected as you said, and as in uart tutotorial.
I will try to switch that tx rx wires on both devices and see what happens..??....just for testing..
I have tried kitty and superputty, they give the same output in the command screen..it is f*cking weird..if the box i started up,it keeps on giving weird output..
I can not stop it or pause/break it...
Sometimes if i restart box and then sometimes the output stops (mostly at logo/mp4 intro) then i can do VERYYYYY quickly ctrl c,s `` atvx_s905x:/ $` appears then VEEERRYYY quickly press ``update`` on keyboard sometimes it accepts...and then the output runs further .
Also tried with pressing QUICKLYyyy ``reboot`` the device is going to reboot !!! (i see it in output putty, and on hdmi from hdmiTV)
And tried the male to male usb burning tool running while iam doing above commands...but nothing happens in usb tool.
The only sh*t is i can not interrupt it 100%,it keeps on goingggg going
I`ll put somes outputs with weird logs, give me some time, i``ll let you know

Look at this,``update``
I can not stop the running logs, but if i am quick enough i can type after ctrl c ``update`` press enter.
Then it shows update not found
Is it possible to update directly with a .img or something like that from sdcard or intern memory?
And what is the command ?

In this case, you can not be fast enough because the forced switching to uboot-Prompt is set to 1s by default. You typed "update" in the Linux-prompt, but this is a uboot command and CLI sh reports "not found".
Edit:
I've looked at your logs, you currently have a p212 uboot running on a p281 device, so constant resets. If I find time, I'll make a new update for you. WLAN does not work because the GPIO pin assignment on this board is different. This requires the logs from the original Android OS.
