I have a T95z Plus 2G with 16 GB, but I don't know which file to use for this tv box. try the file s912_atvXperience_v2FF that comes before the zip S912_atvXperience_v2FF Normal + LPDDR but does not turn on, I wanted to try the other two but it does not work, disconnect and connect the TV box of the PC, s912_LPDDR_atvXperience_v2FF and s905w_atvX_perv_ffv.

Can somebody help me?

Do Not flash any image that doesn't say S912 to your device. Your device is an S912 CPU chip.

Search this forum and READ, not everyone had luck with flashing the T95Z_Plus device, so if you already flashed the wrong firmware to your and the device is now bricked you need to research how to Short the Pins to recover device and then burn the factory stock firmware to make sure device still works before trying to flash AtvX.

When you download the S912 v2FF the file is a RAR meaning it is compressed so you have to unpack the file to use either the LPDDR image or the DDR image file inside the RAR for your device. Now you must know which ram you device has, it either has LPddr3 or standard DDR3, and the best way to know is to open the box and look at the ram chips or if lucky is printed clearly on the PCB the type of Ram. Also Ram has different timing, so with the stock firmware installed you can make a Note of the timing by following the Tutorial here: viewtopic.php?p=5354#p5354
That will help us know which firmware to direct you to better if you know the MHz value.

Also read this thread viewtopic.php?p=7097#p7097 about using an app to better identify your device.

the computer if I recognize the device, with the USB burning tool. It has a label on the outside of my t95z plus, which says 16gb + 2ram, but I opened the box and it has no label. I attached a picture of my tv box inside. I have already read, but I have not found something to help me, I speak Spanish, and more or less I understand English.

Looks like you have standard DDR, so you can try the v2FF or v2H, but in my gut I believe you may need to use the older v2F or v2E. Don't try any firmware that says LPddr it will brick your device and then you have to Short the Pins.

Use Chrome browser on PC or laptop so you can use the Google Translate and read English websites better in Spanish.

Install v2f because your RAM is max. can be clocked to ~ 800Mhz, with v2ff there is a risk of overclocking.

Try the files atvXperience_s912_v2F and atvXperience_v2E_s912-0809, if the computer detects the tv box and ends up burning or recording the files in the tv box. but I connect it to the current and only turn on the LED light. what could be happening?

only as extra information the tv box, if it worked but I stopped using it, because at the time of freezing the image.

Says some T95Z has locked bootloader. Install the stock firmwares and if you want to try to install atvX again, on next attempt make sure that the [check box] for Erase Bootloader is not checked. This will keep your stock bootloader so maybe the box will boot correctly. If the firmware still doesn't load up, then you device has a custom kernel that wont allow firmwares with different kernels like atvX.
