Hi All,
apologies if posting in the wrong section. I’’m helping my uncle with his KB2 pro device. He installed atv xperince on his device but he would like to go back factory reset.
The reset button doesn't work, and not sure what shall I do to reset it.
Can anyone help me with that? Is there a tool or a guide?
Thank you in advance

Thanks for the reply. I got the USB tool, and trued to perform NAND pin reset but wasn't successful.
first I didn't know what pins I should reset ( I have tried most of the pins! but no luck)
do we reset the pins while power on or off? I have done both but no luck as well.
here is two pictures for the board.

Only usb cable attached and burning tool running.
try again, pins 29-30 or 31-32, viewtopic.php?p=8627#p8627
Thanks again. Your tips are very helpful, managed to connect successfully but had an error when I tried to load the ing firmware ” parse burning image fail”. I downloaded several firmware with same error.
The firmware I’m using designed for OTA upgrade. I couldn't find single ing file. All the recovery files for KB2 pro comes in different parts!
