my friend, the device was working normally it's not already broken.. and now while using USB burning tool I tried several firmwares and all of them were stopping at 2% except the last firmware that you told me about .. it was stopping at 4% and then I found a way about how to connect the USB cable and power cable to the device and the computer and managed now to reach 7% .. it stops now while ( formatting stage ) .. so we are advancing ..

I just want to know that if I bought the cables that you asked for to be able to send you the log file.. you will be able to tell me whats the sure solution for my device no matter what's written in the log file .. correct ?!

You are in the installation phase and get installation errors, which in this case can only be read out via uart and analyzed accordingly. At 7%, your device is most likely stuck on the emmc initialization, at this moment dtb is read in by the u-boot in order to take over the corresponding partition parameters for the continuation of the installation, since the old emmc partitioning by "flash erase" at the beginning of the installation is deleted.
Without detailed logs, it is only a guess.
Manual installation via uart might fix this problem, unless your emmc memory has a defect..

Amigo, ja resolveu? Se não faz o seguinte: Abra o AmLogic Toll e carregue a ROM/FIRMWARE. Depois de feito, clica START e Aperte/clica botão RESET e se ele NÃO funcionar, faça o CURTO NOS PINOS da Box. Ja com UMA das PONTAS do CABO USB espetado no PC, ESPETE a OUTRA (2ª) ponta na Box e ouvirá um barulho de áudio confirmando ligação com PC e o AmLogic Tool passará a FLASHAR. Agora ESPETE TAMBEM o PLUG de energia da FONTE, então CONSEGUIRÁ FLASHAR TOTAL sua box. Pára em 2% ou 4% porque o cabo USB na porta USB no PC não alimenta, não fornece suficiente os 5V e 2A para Box. Sempre que for flashar, PRIMEIRO ESPETE O CABO USB DO PC NA BOX JA APERTANDO O BOTÃO RESET E OU O CURTO NOS PINOS. APÓS OUVIR O BARULHO DA CONEXÃO ENTRE A BOX COM PC, CONECTE O PLUG DA FONTE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DA BOX E DEIXE OS 2, ATÉ TERMINAR DE FLASHAR. Depois pode retirarar o cabo USB e deixar só com a fonte daa box, que ela irá dar o BOOT e abrir.

Now CONNECT also the PLUG from the power SOURCE, so you WILL FULLY FLASH your box.
It stops at 2% or 4% because the USB cable in the USB port on the PC does not supply power, it does not provide enough 5V and 2A for Box.

SHORT PIN: AFTER HEARING THE NOISE OF THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE BOX WITH PC, CONNECT THE PLUG OF THE BOX POWER SUPPLY AND LEAVE THE BOTH, UNTIL FINISHING FLASHING. Then you can remove the USB cable and leave only with the box power source, which it will BOOT and open.
