I have a 3/32 that I recently got off Amazon. Brand name is yagala. No premade imgs work. I was able to get it working by leaving all of level 1 of original, and replacing /boot of level 2. Now remote doesn't work. I copied remote.conf and remote-mouse.tab and modified init.amlogic.rc to use remote-mouse.tab. I get an selinux error even though it's set permissive when trying to run remotecfg -t /system/etc/remote-mouse.tab. I'm at a loss.

Batman there are .kl and .kcm files in /system/usr/ that may need to be migrated from a stock rom, these files are related to remote key layouts. Make sure Permissions are set rw- r-- r--. Nayam included most of the various remote files in v2FF and older, but Adam forgot to included them in v2G and v2H.
You replaced the boot file with a boot (boot=kernel) from what firmware? Usually compatibility issues with AtvX ROM are not Kernel related, but are Bootloader related and more specifically issues with the DTB (device tree blob). DTB can be changed with Level 1 repack.

ricklar Thanks, I'll try moving the KL and kcm files. I got the kernel from lpddr3 3/32 v1076 stock. I'm aware it's usually just bootloader for compatibility, but if I don't copy kernel, it gets stuck at atvxperience boot video. Also I have to copy all of level one or I run into partitioning error trying to flash. I've tried vff g and h. All lpddr3. It's a 2018 h/w revision. I'll keep whacking away at it.

If you have LPDDR3 memory, download appropriate atvX ***. img, replace only the DTB file with original DTB, then it must work. Apparently the "permissive" rights are not allowed in the original BootloaderBatman wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 4:20 pm ricklar Thanks, I'll try moving the KL and kcm files. bumerc I tried what you suggested and replaced dtb only as you suggested, same issue. Will boot, lots of apps crashing and no remote using remote.conf from ofw or included one. Same as when I replaced all level 1 and kernel.
