[HELP] [AIDEZ-MOI] VPN does not work (V2H)

hello, I can not run my vpn with this rom, is there a solution to correct that? despite a very good customer service at VPN surfshark, the blocking would come from the Android system, that's why I come to post on the forum.

Need more detail. What exactly happened? Do you have any logs from TVbox?

With such little info, I think is problem relating to the Settings.apk not functioning properly because Adam modified the system apps.

What information do you need exactly?
No possible connections whatever the protocol used in the settings of the VPN surfshark application (L2TP / IPSec OpenVPN ...). I am connected to rooter 4G (French network "Free mobile"), and the VPN works perfectly on my other devices (computers, tablets, smartphones ...).

Try Inf VPN and see if it works. If it does, then the problem is in your apk file

For information I just tested with another provider vpn "windscribe" and it works

how to reset the network settings on this rom? is there any possibility to access other parameters than those present? I tested a lot of manipulations with the customer service and there he asks me to reset the network settings but this option is not present

Hello, Matthieu,

Lets try resetting the Network settings on your Android TV. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the Android System Settings.
2. Locate and select the Backup & Reset option.
3. In a new window select Network setting reset.
4. Confirm the reset by clicking Reset settings.
5. Reboot your Android TV.

If your Android TV does not have these settings, go to your Wifi connections list, hold or tap on the wifi connection you are using and then press Disconnect, afterward Forget.

Then connect to that wifi again and try connecting to the VPN.

As of today we have not found any solution for my vpn to work.

v2H was not an upgrade, it was an optional build for those having problems with v2ff.
