My problem such as

I tried to install on ZTE B860H using USB_Burning_Tool_v2.1.6.
- Connect Success

- Download DDR => Error => 1%:[0x10103005]Romcode/Initialize DDR/Download Buffer/Read Item data failed

PLEASE HELP ME - STEP BY STEP - HOW TO USE Amlogic Customisation tool to solve a problem.

I think bootloader is locked.

ulValue = 0xbdfc31bc => Locked BL1

Look for this value in the burning log.
If you have the same value, you can only install original FW on this box.

If you are changing ANDROID versions, example from 6 to 7 or 7 to 9, then you Must do a CLEAN installation by making sure to select the boxes "Erase Flash" and "Erase Bootloader" -- which in your picture are not selected...hmm!

As we know, in Indonesia we have 3 kinds of B860H.
Which version is yours bro?
