hello i have this error (parse burning image fail) when i click on import image

I tried with version 2.1.7 and 2.2.0 but all are same

please help.

Possibly corrupted file, malfancuted hardware (RAM, disk) or just simply to long path - move .img file in root directory.

i already saved the image file in the desktop but same

Try to rename/shorten the .img file name e.g atvX.img.
