[HELP] Trying to update X96 Max

Good Morning. Forgive me if I do not explain myself well but I am a newbie. I have a tv box x96 max s905x which I am trying to update so that my little one can use it, since it does not allow me to install anything. It has android 6.0. After searching I found the burning usb program and the supposed drivers, but the pc, w10, does not recognize the tv box. Neither does the program. Could you help me update the box?
