there is no such a file
aml_sdc_burn.UBOOT
Used only with the option "erase_bootloader = 1"
and these commands, enter one by one?
yes
Its not working too. Dont pass system partition verification in the end of writing job.
The SDcard installation works 100%. I tested that several times. Try AML-BT. Did you update the bootloader?
I will describe a manual installation of the individual partitions in the evening. This is very simple and always works.

bumerc , after "reset" command box restarting into os. Then I have to shut down box to run update, is this right?
Could you write exact instruction step by step, because I, maybe, miss somethink important.
Before updating from sd card, is there should be good working firmware writed into box?

After the reset command you should return to the uboot terminal and enter further commands. To stop the system from starting automatically, press the space or enter key on the keyboard immediately after the reset command.

1. Open "Burn Card Maker"
2. Check "Yes" for formating sd card with fat32 system
3. Uncheck "Erase bootloader"
4. Check "Erase flash" --Force Erasing ALL (with key)
5. Uncheck "Reboot"
6. Select "open" to select image, then select "make"
7. Then copy yours files - "aml_sdc_burn.UBOOT" and
u-boot.bin" into sd card.
8. Put sd card into box, plug power, and quickly press "enter"(in putty terminal, to alow entering commands)
9. write "mmcinfo; fatload mmc 0 ${loadaddr} u-boot.bin" , then press "enter"
10. write "store rom_write ${loadaddr} 0 100000", then press enter
11. write "reset" , then press enter, and then quickly press " enter" again to stop booting box os and alowing enter any other commands
12. write "run update", then press enter and wait till it finish job.

Is that write bumerc , or somethink I dont understand or missed?
Can I repeat these steps if writing image fails, second time, or before it, there should be good, working firmware on the box?

Yes, you understood everything correctly. Step 7 is not necessary because you have to manually update the bootloader and deselect the option "erase_bootloader" (only u-boot.bin needs to be copied, not aml_sdc_burn.UBOOT). Of course you can repeat these steps again. However, the SDcard installation should work without problems after the bootloader update.

Try replacing the dtb file. Or send me the link to download the FW that works on your box.

You speak about this file - "_aml_dtb.PARTITION"? How and when replace that?
