Problem Installing Rom x96 mini

Hello everyone, sorry if some words do not understand but I'm using the translator, I have the following problem and I wanted advice.
I have 2 x96 mini on one of that I managed to install the 2F version via sd card and I wanted to know how do I update it to the 2FF version ??
On the other I can not install the rom pressing the reset state does not enter the installation mode but delete everything and reinstall the original firmware, I tried to find the app update and beckup but there is not, so I wanted to know how I fix?

SD card method doesn't work for v2FF because of a newer structure.
Use Usb Burning Tool method only (you need a USB 2.0 male to male cable).
