Any chance to let Netflix app understand HD video and 5.1 audio so it can be passed to an external decoder (by spdif anyway)?
I got an X96 box with 1G/8G and only 2,4GHz band.. SD card cache? A USB 5GHz dongle?

Firstly, thank you to all involved in ATVX.

I’ve put this on several boxes I use, as well as ones I’ve given to family members who would not have otherwise chosen Android due to what they would refer to as the ‘buggy/laggy android experience’. So far, none have complained. It delivers a consistently bug free, enjoyable and snappy experience.

My only gripes are:

* Chrome cast built in doesn’t work. I know there’s AirScreen but that not particularly stable and rarely works for me anyway. Anything from simply not connecting to giving a very pixelated and unwatchable output. Maybe this will change with Android 8, but if this could be looked into / remedied it would be great.

* It would be great to be able to toggle the display of the core temps in the top right/left of the screen. A lot of these boxes have poor cooling and power users would probably like to be able to keep an eye on this.

* limited ‘under the hood’ tweaking - and in fact, any extra settings in general. Don’t strip settings out, add more in

Thank for developing. I have these three request

1) Abitlity to change to the main app with other apps we installed from third party. Example remove Google Games and replace with Facebook
2) Added Chrome as supported app
3) Ability to change wallpaper

Additionally, please do enable to work with MX3-L 2.4G Backlit Wireless Air Mouse. These somehow didn't work properly.

Im using an S905W device:

1. Stable Apps. Netflix and YouTube should run smoothly, no stuttering, no crashing. Twitch App should also work, especially the login code should show up (didnt happend in V2G and higher)
2. Amazon Prime Video. I know you can workaround it with Kodi but If the app would finally work that would be awesome (Some users Said that other ROMs are able to run Prime Video)

S905X will probably get oreo so that's why I didn't mention it.
I can't give any eta because of my ongoing exams and the time it takes to clean out the mess left by amlogic in the sdk
