Unfortunately the Amazon app still doesn't work.... I click on the video, there is a spinning icon, and after few seconds it returns on the app...

It can be as you say be different by country, or it can also be that version of Google play service you have installed

Ok I made some experiments. I reinstalled the original firmware (it is a Tamix TX3) and here the Prime Video app works. Then I reinstalled the 2C and first thing that I did after the clean install was trying the app, but unfortunately it still doesn't work. There is some log or something similar that can help?
