Confused, you're saying that atvX firmware is uninstalling an app "Smarters" on its own??? You must have a version of Smarters with Malware that Google Services is uninstalling by default. Don't use modded Smarters apks, the developers inserted fail-safes which make the app unusable if they were not paid to modify the app to match your service by your IPTV service managers to Smarters team directly.
