Dear guys I deleted the AOSP browser on my XORO hst260S box and forgot to back it up.

All I downloaded do not work. Anyone can help out? It has to be the blue world cup, not the green one. Thanks in advance!

Find a Mashmallow stock firmware and extract it with AMLtools.

I have TWRP update only..

Can I extract from system.new.dat ?

Can you advise?

Yes, just need the tools to convert system.new.dat to system.img so you can unpack the image.

Check XDA-developers, has links to use Python binaries with Windows or Linux.

Ive been tidying up my PC to be able to unpack the image due to space issues then I noticed your post

Thanks so much!!! And it is working! I downloaded a lot of AOSP browsers they all did not...puuh lucky....really appreciate your help!

Do you own the Xoro box too? I ve been looking around for a Nougat edition which could be crossflashed..

No, I just followed the topic and unpacked the Xoro box update image with tool mentioned. :relaxed:
