H96 PRO + flash with TWRP and SD card

Hi,
I tried to install the latest version, but after rebooting in TWRP and selecting install, it did not allow me to select the ROM .RAR file. It just did not show up in the files available to install.
What is the possible cause?
Is it necessary to extract the .IMG file?
How can I verify that the ROM was downloaded correctly?

just unrar it, it will contain the .img file, flash the appropriate one and voila.
