*.zip is not intended for installation from an SD card. Select a *.img file.

I took this one and extracted the img from the zip because this should be the latest version for the n5: atvXperience Magicsee N5 Edition.zip (Mar 13th 2019 at 5:07pm).
And if it's not too much trouble for you, I would like to have an update for a SD card

I added the option of an SDcard update, nothing else. Maybe the guys who did the N5 port know what's up. It looks like a uboot problem. Use the method of shorting the pins and install for the time being original Android FW

It's not dead lol, you need to short the pins and flash the rom. That's basically how n5 works.
