Too complicated, just flash stock firmware, there is no need to open up the box

Well you wanted help so the people here tried to. If you didn't want to open up the box you shouldn't have asked the moderator to make an IMG file for you.
I've no intention of being rude but you should know that if we are willing to help, you should be willing to search and experiment, this is not a one-side thing.
Thanks

PS: If this is the worst community ever, wait till you see other forums. You're lucky nobody got mad after you said you're going to flash stock rom, after asking for help. Flashing ROM instructions are only a YouTube search away, you should try that.

Hello Specialists,

i flashed the ATV Expierence to my Magicsee N5 and loved the UI. Very nice looking. But i was unable to play Videos without stutter so i flashed again, and now my N5 is bricked.
The red LED is permanently on and the device is not any longer detected by windows. I guess the bootloader is broken.
I already tried to do the short on the ROM Chip.
Any idea how to fix that?
Thanks for any hint.

Regards

Nand chip shorting is the answer. Just keep trying till it works. It's not dead, it's happened to me before and it takes a lot of tries. Don't worry, it's not dead, keep trying.
