Without the remote working I cannot watch plex unless I have a keyboard attached. All the virtual remotes don't seem to have all buttons working sadly.

Oh wow, thank you so much, my remote is now working and the ethernet speeds are fixed, I am so grateful. The annoying LED is still there but as i say as i intend to have this in my bedroom, if the worst comes to the worst, I will just stick tape over the front, so I can leave it on permanently. Unless there is a fix to remove that without breaking anything else?

No it goes dark blue when switched off. Turquoise when on.
