It depends on your Linux knowledge, i presume that should run on most of the distros - tested on Ubuntu.

- Installation on Ubuntu >= 18.04 64bit (VirtualBox on Windows is supported)

First things first, thanks for the tool
But some help needed here.
Installed Ubuntu 22 on Vmware and i can´t seem to install android-tools-fsutils so i tried with android-sdk-libsparse-utils, and maybe that is the main problem.
I swiched to Python 2.7 just to make sure, but can´r even install the *.DEB file from fsutils i managed to get.
Moving on, I noticed that when unpacking only odm.PARTITION creates a *.RAW file.



It extracts all files and i can see them extracting, but at he end I end with a emptied "img-ubt" folder and only the files of LVL1 "img-unpack"

Here the terminal log:

Directory img-ubt is only used temporarily and cleaned after unpacking.

mount: /home/vboxuser/afck/bc-tool/test/vendor.PARTITION: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop12, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.

are android tools installed? Otherwise the vendor partition in your IMG is broken..
