atvXperience is only for AMLOGIC cpu devices, not Rockchip (rk3318).
Answer is NO.
Maybe, very small chance but maybe the Russian forum website 4pda may have a custom firmware for Rockchip (rk3318).
Recommedation is to buy Amlogic next time you get a device, don't be cheap and concerned about getting a good deal and then get a horrible Rockchip device because it is cheap value.
