Hi, can it be installed on H6SE Android Box, or do you know any other way to install some other custom android TV box on H6SE?

You can look on 4pda and possible they may have a compatible custom firmware for your device, but not likely because Allwinner (H616) is not as easy to customize as Amlogic devices. Next time buy Amlogic CPU devices, Allwinner is only good for Linux(Armbian software) not great for Android.
