This happens because the uboot was modified to show 2GB, but your physical ram is only 1GB.
Do you have the stock rom for your box?

I have x96 mini ,installed Atv v2ff stock ram was 2gb but after atv experience ram became 1gb ,and rom from 16gb to 8gb .How can i get these back...?? Sorry for poor English
