Hello everyone,

I just bought a tanix tx9 pro and i saw your rom which look amazing and i would like to install it on my box.
But before i have some questions :
- the box is able to play 4k hdr video ?
- the box can passtrough dts dolby sound to surround system?
- Is there any iptv issue ?
- Hmdi CEC is working ?

Before install verify which RAM type is installed in box, retail or website info can be wrong. So crack open your box and look at board. You will notice pictures of board have printed "LP" on it if LPDDR. Another way is by visual que, DDR type is two ram chips closest to CPU, and LPDDR is one big chip close to CPU.

But before i have some questions :
- the box is able to play 4k hdr video ?

Yes the firmware can play 4k HDR, if you have that content downloaded or in storage device. But it can not play 4k from DRM protected sites like Netflix and Amazon.

- the box can passtrough dts dolby sound to surround system?

For Dolby 5.1 use, can verify that Passthrough works. Can't verify DTS.

- Hmdi CEC is working ?

Yes and No. Some people say it works correctly. In my box the framerate would switch 60p to 24p on TV, because of hdmi-cec, and not switch itself back. Others have complained about the same issue. So best to not use HDMI-CEC, turn off immediately after first boot-up of v2FF firmware.

Would like to add to [mention]ricklar[/mention] 's post that HDMI-CEC does work perfectly on many devices yet there are some that show this framerate problem, so you can use it as per your convenience.

V2G_DDR4_LPDDR_FIXED.IMG flashed successfully but does not boot.

Same on tanix TX9pro (lpddr3 i think)
But the first LPDDR version V2F had the same issue.

The burning process run like a charms but nothing on front panel and TV.

Are you prevously or currently using v2FF-LPDDR.img with Tanix TX9 ?

Hi and happy new year.

Little feedback about the V2G on My tanix TX9pro ( 3Gb 32Gb Lpddr3)

With the LPDDR-DDR4 version the burning works great but nothing appears on Front panel and TV.
I must shortcut the pins on the mainboard to burning again.

Yes i did but with some App issues.
