[QUESTION] Apps won't open

On my Android Box (MXQ K Pro), every time i try to open Browser or Google Play Store, it closes with the caption, "Sorry, Browser or Google Play Services has stopped". I have tried clearing Data and Cache, reset to factory settings but i still get the same error. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Update system Webview app and also Google Play Services.

Thanks for the response but i don't think it applies to me. Browser and Google Play Store will not open, they close almost immediately after i try to open them and i get that message from above.
