[HELP] Bluetooth can't turn on

I'm using the atvX V4.3 for my x96mini the 2/16 one. And I'm planning on using my smartphone as a remote, but after it got connected to the x96 the button on the remote doesn't work. And when I go to the atvX's Bluetooth settings it turns out that the Bluetooth cannot be enabled, whenever I try to press the ON button it's just won't turn on. (btw I'm just guessing that the Bluetooth won't turn on is the cause that the remote doesn't work).

any help would be appreciated,

X96 mini does not have bluetooth chip, use wi-fi connection for Android TV Remote Control app.

wait really? I swore to god I've seen a bluetooth settings in the stock x96mini ROM, damn I must be trippin'. btw thanks for showing me that remote files tho, thankyou kind stranger

Hi guys, my box TX3 S905w have BT CHIP. A fake TX9, with original rom doesn’t work to. But in last upgrade, android 8, Bluetooth works!!!! I flash today AtvXperience 4.3 an BT less again. Any solution? Thanks.
