Hello
I have a mini x96 (s905w) android 7.1.2
2GB of ram / 16GB of rom
my question is: what is the most stable and complete version for my x96 mini?
Because I am lost between the different version proposed

I'm using v2FF on my X96 2/16 without any problems. Looking forward to trying v3 but v2FF is much better than stock rom. Installing with the USB burning tool was easy. Installing using the SD card method doesn't work for X96 because of it's boot loader, which is odd because X96 can boot from both SD and USB when installing Armbian based OSs.

All hardware is functional, IR remote/télécommande works perfect, HD is great but I don't have the best screen. All apps are specifically for Android TV so they are all work excellent with the cheap IR remote that comes with these boxes. No Chrome, Facebook, or Twitter though. You have to download the apk to install these.

As for HD, I have my X96 connected to a 30in TCL Roku TV over HDMI. It's subjective comparing HD quality between different screens, but HD from the v2FF X96 on this screen is just as good as HD channels from Roku.

I just spliced two old cables together. Broken charge cables should work as long as it's the female micro-usb end that is bad.

I was using a home-made cable all this time and I had to connect power cable too.
I just bought a new cable for amazon and my box doesn't need power cable anymore.
