i cant stream from iptv official apps cause says the device is rooted although it is not. How can i flash supersu to gain access so as to delete su files ?

it says not rooted, I tried many programs. Root switch does nothing at all. i reset to factory defaults. i notice in system/xbin there is an su file. i cant delete it !
i have rooted many android devices although i am frustrated. In the developer options there is no OEM unlock and i dont know what to do.
In another rooted device i tried magisk hide although the provider doesn't "eat it". Still says the device is rooted. I tested with a second provider on max2, same message. Device is rooted.
it is a very powerfull tv box, i need to find a solution on this. Any clean rom or something ?
