How to extract Sony Google TV KD-X6575K

Hi all, i download update fw for Sony TV KD-X6575K from Sony site:
https://www.sony.com/electronics/suppor ... e/00276819

And get sony_atvondfull_braviavu3_60521000_wwa_auth.zip and tried extract with Winrar or 7zip but not success, anyone know how to do it? many thank
it not damage, i tried redownload many times, same result. as u can see 7zip said it not archive

The file is (maybe) corrupt or protected, because there is no mention that needs to be unzipped before installation, ask Sony support about !? :thinking:
3. Insert your USB flash drive containing the file (sony_atvondfull_xxxx_xxxx_xxxx_xxxx.zip) into a USB port of the TV set.

I think it protected, tried redownload many time, same result
