Tx3 mini-A fake? or v1.3?

Today i bought cheap used tanix tx3 mini-A, i thought it was legit one.
Until i installed aida64 and device info hw, the android version is fake 8.1.0, real one is 7.1.2

I've searched this box in this forum, some of thread says this one will brick if flashed atvX, and stock rom cannot be found because of fake.
Some of thread they successfully booted on mini-A device.
Some of thread also says this one was using new board v1.3, but does tanix actually using fake stock os version?

So what do you think this box are?
Should i try flash atvx on this box?

Anyway here is my box physic, not screw it up because it still sealed by the seller (maybe I'll return it if it cannot be modified)

No, but on "cloned" devices is kind of usual practice.

...thread also says this one was using new board v1.3...

Without opening it we can only guess, i would say it is v1.4 board (SCY flash chip - by Device Info HW) or something else.

Thanks for the reply, and yes you're right. It was v1.4 board with sp6330 dual band wifi.

I've successfully booted the rom and now wifi and mini clock is broken.
I tried download the patch from this forum thread, but they giving 404 error.

I've flashed Aidan's ROM for tx3 mini (ap6330 & 9012p) with included led clock fix. Now almost everything is working as expected.

I saw a v1.3 board, no v1.4
