hi all;

i was just wondering if anyone has successfully been able
to install any of the builds on the Sunvell T95 S1. i have tried all and they
all have failed. only version 2b was able to install completely but the screen remained blank after hours of waiting to see if it would finally boot.

thanks for your help and any advice in advance

so my best bet is to install armbian and then atvx? i was able to get the factory rom from sunvell in an email and was able to restore it back to factory from there.

Post the original FW here or dtb of it. For now we have to exclude the possible exotics. :relaxed:

if it's the sunvell 1gb/8gb it's in the above link to mega. i had to repost the link. it has the zip file and the folder with the img.

This firmware is for a gxl_p212_1g and 2g (S905X) device, are you sure you have a S905W device?

This is what the vendor sent me when I bricked the device. So maybe the box is branded wrong from sunvell. I will try the s905x atv rom and see if that works.

If necessary, you can open the box and look carefully for the processor marker.
