x96mini Problem USB Burning Tool

U are making some mistakes i think while using USB burning tool.

you have a good quality usb male to male cable. try to use a different one other than the one you have tried with, try press "Start" in Burning Tool befor you connect the usb cable (or Power cable when you have reset button in AV hole) on the box, after that connect the box and the flash begins hope completes full. first uncheck erase bootloader option and try to flash the file.
select the image file and click start and then connect the device with usb cable with reset button pressed as soon as the box is detected by the computer /burning tool connect the power supply.

try this latest firmware for x96 mini. use sd card option and go for force erase all option and try.

With sd card is impossible to force erase, anyway with card don't work, I have olnly black screen with blue led on.
In previus posts there is the description of the problem that is the same the autor wrote and there are also the pcb photos that is the same the autor of this thread.

It seems we got the same problem, Im trying different versions of stock firmware but actually seems to be a fake x96 mini. I'm going to try LibreElec, i found some info at pda.ru forum but cant understand it at all. It seems it can be revived, its just that we are using the wrong tools or firmwares, i'll update any news if i get it to work.

The same for me, I'm looking for help also in 4pda with the help of another person that understand better than me....it's hard. I will update you.

On the packaging is 4 + 32G, do you have a chance to create uart log?

As you can read in the first post, I tried all the mentioned ways in other forums which also includes the one you described

It is 100% not a x96 mini board for sure, mostly x96 mini comes with 1/8 or 2/16 gb variants. you check the processor whether it is s905w or not. try s905x instead. i have already mentioned also that the outer packing will be something and the board will be of a different model. i think the board is of x96 which is based on s905x. but the board is not x96 mini for sure. don't try and waste your time.
