for this reason I have created a simple partition repack tool for Android 9 that can repack the four most important partitions (system, vendor, odm, product) and it is completely free
The tool is based on this project
https://github.com/a3sf6f/sharp_s2_system_image
make_ext4fs method has been replaced by new method e2fsdroid / mke2fs
https://github.com/tytso/e2fsprogs
sefcontext_compile comes from this project
https://github.com/rkhat2/android-rom-r ... -9?files=1
I will publish it soon
but this tool is only for Linux users
