I,ve attached the log with atvXperience modded rom with 2Gb files from T95s. I'm going to flash original T95s rom, but I don't like it, I hope you link me a maximum supported ram nice rom like your atvXperience.

With a S905W SoC, the DRAM bus is limited to 16 lines (bus width = 16 bit), so a maximum of 16 balls of the integrated RAM memory can be used. Even if you had a 4g RAM, in this case max. (physically) only 2g possible.
The new log tells me you have a 2g device..

1. In these uboot versions, the actual RAM size is easy to manipulate by changing the CONFIG_DDR_SIZE value to the desired value in the boardconfig file and recompiling the uboot. Furthermore, manipulations are sometimes performed in the kernel. In this way, some manufacturers try to cover up the hardware shortage and cheat buyers. (This reminds me of the GT1 Ultimate times, with alleged DDR4 3G RAM)

2. For porting to atvXperience use atvXperience p212 (S905X) build, t95s1 is also a p212 build, but with a modified p281 uboot for S905W SoC.

maybe, give it a try. Bootloader files, dtb and kernel, must be taken from the t95s1.
