H96 pro dongle s912 bluetooth not working on atvxperience v2ff

I can not use bluetooth when v2ff flash atvxperience
My device uses s912 chip along with wifi + bluetooth module rtl8723bs.

I'll find a fix, it doesn't work in mine either.
I have exams so can't really devote much time.

This patch fix is only for Realtek Bluetooth chipsets.

Works on Tanix TX3 MAX, uses the same WiFi+BT combo chip, and should also work on (H96 pro dongle) other tv boxes with same RTL8723BS chip.
